Ugh. His kids really have the worst names.

This is supposed to be a child, not a teddy bear. Or a dog.

Do not like.

Jesus...how fast does his wife gestate!? Seems like they just announced their last girl!

I am so glad I'm not the only one feeling that way. I swore they were on here not too long ago announcing their girl.

Someone should sue him because of his naming style.

The problem is these are all adorable "pet" names (in the sense of sweet, sentimental nicknames) not proper names. It would be cute if his kid's name was, say, Penelope Rose, and he called her "Poppy Honey" as a term of endearment. But I feel bad for them, having to put those names on resumes for jobs and applications for schools and whatnot.

Exactly. The worst part is imagining them in his accent with his speech impediment. It's all too much.

None of those names flows well at all, they're all so awkward.

They all sound like cute-sy pet names. I guess I can understand "why not just name them what we're going to call them anyway?" but these kids are going to have to give themselves names that they won't be embarrassed to say in public, just to manage in society.

Pamela and Maurice seem kind of out of place in these names.

I know, I'm just saying they stand out from the cutesy names.

I think they're awful, but maybe they'll be the type of kids who the rock the hell out of them...

I know someone who has dogs named Buddy and Bear.

Not good... Poppy and Daisy are decent but not together.

It's like he expects his kids to stay three years old forever.

THIS! Because heaven knows, they will. They'll never grow up, nor will they have to fill out job applications...

I think you hit the nail on the head. It's as though he's given them pet names instead of real names. Like I call my daughter Sweet Pea, and Punkinunkin, and Honey Bunny...but I named her Jane Elizabeth. He just went right for the Honey Bunny.

DDD:

Those are really effing horrible.
They sound like pet or doll names...and the flow is all awkward.

Haha, yes, as soon as I found out they had another kid I was seriously waiting to see what he was going to get.

In a weird sort of way the third middle names all 'ruin' it for me - even though I dislike all of these names, and I think they'll be very difficult to pull off, at least Poppy Honey, Daisy Boo, Petal Blossom and Buddy Bear all go together and have a more pleasing flow to them. Then they tack on these out of place, clunky third middle names.

I really like the girls' names; always have. Yes, they are very flowery and bit...'much'...perhaps, but I love them nonetheless.

Buddy Bear Maurice, on the hand, is basically awful. Well, Maurice is. Buddy is a close second. I don't mind Bear so much, oddly...

I wonder if Maurice, and maybe Buddy, are after family though? I guess if that is the case it's not SO bad.

But, really. Just no.
