I read this as a butchered version of Whittaker which a guilty pleasure of mine for a boy. So I was going to comment that if they changed the spelling i'd have liked it.
All I can think of is Wakita, OK (a la the 1996 film Twisters). I wonder if that's what they're referencing...and if they are, WHY DID THEY HAVE TO THROW A Y IN THERE?!!!
