I'm not pregnant or expecting or anything like that, but I thought I'd post my favorite names, because I finally compiled an actual list. I wouldn't actually use all of these, for different reasons, but I like them all. I have a really hard time coming up with names I would actually use right now if I were to have a baby tomorrow or something.



Girl's Combined Names:
Julianna Grace (my favorite name)
Olivia Kay (Kay is my mn and my mom's mn)
Madeline Eve/Eve Madeline (I like M.E. better, but I have a cousin with a daughter named Madison and it seems weird to do that.)
Amelia Nicole (I'm not a huge fan of the name Nicole exactly, but that is the name of my two best friends, so it works. I also like Amelia Lane.)

Girl's First Names:

Aidan John (I know Aidan is popular, but I've loved it for six years or so, before I knew it was popular. John is my brother's name, and I like it with Aidan.)

Julianna Grace - OMG I LOVE THIS. As you know, Julianna is also my #1, and I love Grace, too.
Olivia Kay - OMG I LOVE THIS, TOO. Again, as you know, Olivia's my #2 name, and I like the sound of Kay with it, too.
Madeline Eve/Eve Madeline - I like Madeline Eve better, I think. I love Eve...Madeline isn't my style, but I really like the sound of it.
Amelia Nicole - Amelia=love. And I love the idea of naming your kid after Nicole and Nikki, so I love that, too. Names with meaning are awesome. Plus, I like the sound of it.

Madison - too trendy for me, but I do like it
Sawyer - I've never heard of this for a girl, but I really like it
Penny - at first, I was like "really??? Penny??" but in the time it took me to type that, I realized that I do actually kind of like it. It grew on me quickly.
Anna - Like it better as a nn for something else, like for Julianna or Annabelle or something like that.
Julia - LOVE :). But again, I like Julianna better and Julia as a nn (but my daughter's gonna be Jules, haha)
Molly - LOVE it
Ruby - see Penny. It's been growing on me for a while.
Ellie - LOVE it, but I think I like it better as a nn for something else, like Eleanor or Elisabeth.
Piper - not really my style

West - Really? West? It's different and while I like it, I think I'd probably like it on a boy better. It just seems more masculine to me.
Felicity - Like it, but don't love it.
Sarah - I LOVE this name :).

Lillian - it's my #1 choice for mn, so you know I love it

Nicole - Like it, but I don't love it - but like I said before, I love the meaning behind it for you, so it works

Charlotte - SEX AND THE CITY!!! Haha, I love it.
Melissa - not a huge fan of it, but I like names that have meaning, so I love it because of that
Kate - like it better as a nn for Katherine or Katelyn or something like that
Reese - ever since ER, I've thought of it as a boy's name, but I like it for a girl, too
Eliza - I want you to have a daughter named Grace Eliza, k? ;) Hahaha, the other day my mom called me "Grace" when I tripped and fell and I was like "OMG! AWW!!! GRACIE!! AND ELLIOT AND OLIVIA!!"

Grayson Thane - It's weird that our taste in girls' names is SO similar, but our taste in boys' names totally isn't, haha. It's growing on me, but I'd NEVER use it myself.

Sawyer - I've never heard of this for a girl, but I really like it On X-Files, the actor who plays Skinner, he has a daughter named Sawyer. I can't decide if I like it for a boy or a girl, but quite frankly, I just love the name but wouldn't probably use it.

Penny
Penny is something I might name a pet some day, but I do like it. I've liked it since I watched Inspector Gadgett. Haha.

Ruby
Ruby is the same with Penny. I always picture this really awesome girl when I think of the name Ruby.

David Duchovny's daughter is named West (technically it's her mn--Madeline West), and I've loved it since I heard it when she was born.

Reese - ever since ER, I've thought of it as a boy's name, but I like it for a girl, too
Yeah, I have too... I couldn't decide. But I think I like it better as a middle name for a girl, since Reese on ER was technically a last name. And Reese Witherspoon is the only other Reese I've ever heard of.

The thing is, Landon is a family name passed down on my dad's side. My brother hates it and told me not to ever use it and I don't think my mom is a huge fan either. But I LOVE Landon. And Milo is growing on me hugely and no one else likes it.

Yeah, I want to avoid using Aidan if I can, but I just liked it together like this, so I did it.

Nicole always jokes that she would name her kid Tex Walker, and ever since I've loved Walker. Haha.

My #3 girls' name has been switching back and forth between Amelia Eleanor and Miranda Eleanor for the past few weeks. Right now I'm leaning towards the later, but it's still possible we might end up with three girls named Julianna, Olivia, and Amelia.

The only thing is, we have to marry husbands who agree. because I know when Matt & I talked about it, he hated all my names and I hated all of his. Julianna sort of flew with him, b/c he didn't mind Anna, but otherwise, nope. And dammit, I'm naming my kids! Haha. What I want to.
