I have recently thought of Sarah + Lynn, like Saralyn, Sarahlynn, or Sarah-Lynn. I do think it sounds nice together.
I have also thought of maybe Mai-Lisette or Rose-Lisette. Dunno, maybe that's too french.

I like Sarah and Lynn together. Partially because I like "lyn" names and partially because I like Sara Beth.

Another possibilty for a spelling could be SarahLynn or Sarah Lynn (like MaryAnn/ Mary Anne).
