And a random name story: I had a class in college with a girl named Chelsea. Turns out her middle name was Ray/Rae (I don't know the spelling). Well, she mentioned everyone she's met who spells it "Chelsea" has the middle name of Ray. I know it's true of the two girls I know. Anyone else had this experience/had the counter experience?

BTW I know that Kirk isn't Degrassi, but James Tiberius will always remind me of Degrassi, not Star Trek.

Trek geek factor aside, I have to say that on my mother's side James and Kirk are both family names and have been used for the past four generations... just not together... yet. So in my family it wouldn't be looked at as odd at all if someone just happened to have a James Kirk [lastname] baby. ;)
