yeah it's Desiree Cheyenne. i agree the regular way of spelling the names aren't terrible, but i do like Desarai better than her other choice which was Destiny *cringes*

let me explain Ethan's middle name, and yes he's a boy..it's in honor of my nephew's stepdad, his middle name is Lynn and my brother's real name is Davis (we call him David)

i do prefer Addison over Addyson myself but watcha gonna do? lol

I don't mind Lynn on a boy. I believe it started out as a boy's name. I just couldn't stand the thought of Ethan as a girl's name.

Actually, I wouldn't use Desiree, Cheyenne or Destiny. None of them are my style at all. But butchering them is so much worse.

the only ones that are really spelled untraditionally are Desarai Shianne and Addyson Kinleigh because Kaleb and Devan are becoming popular variants.

i like Desarai alright myself, like i said in another comment, it's better imo than wat she was almost named: Destiny. and i think she only got away with Shianne because her husband hated Cheyenne because it's an indian name (unfortunately he's a redneck bastard ok) or else she'd probably went with the traditional spelling.

i always said Genesis' name sounded very presidential. i like Gunner's name as well.

Aubrey Shea suits her. it was almost Aubrey Jade (woulda called her AJ). idk they wanted to use both my brother's real name, Davis (we call him David) and my nephew's stepdad's middle name to honor them, so they combined LynnDavis that way..

Jocelyn Lee is really cute. Lee is the middle name of several ppl, her great grandfather's middle name was Lee, my mom's middle name is Lee (her great grandmother), her papaw's name is Leon, her mamaw's middle name is Lee, her father's middle name is Leon..so i'm assuming they did it as an honorary thing!

hahah yeah, the name Addyson Kinleigh Grace isn't the prettiest spelling around, but the baby is all kindsa adorable so it works for her..kinda like Aubrey, it suits her.

Kaleb is becoming more common, so i don't think it's going to be a problem by the time he starts school or anything :)

I asked about Devan because I know both male and females with the name (although always spelled Devin) and Lake didn't clarify, lol I actually like the combo, and think Lake is a pretty cool middle name. I don't like the spelling Devan because I want to say Day-Van instead of Dev-in, but it's still a nice name.

I had a boss (male) who was named Lynn, I kind of loved it - but he hated it, so I think it's better as a middle name like it is here. I like that they are honoring both the step-dad and your brother that way.

I have a friend who is going to name her baby ____ Lee regardless of whether its a boy or a girl (maybe Leigh for a girl, not sure) for similar reasons. I might do something similar in honor of my grandma who was nicknamed Lee, and my aunt Lisa who also goes by Lee.

I know Kaleb is becoming popular, but I like Caleb because it looks less harsh to me, not because I thought it would be a problem. :)
