shes just more comfortable with herself. she sometimes used to say michael, like the actress. (i can't remember where from, dr. quinn maybe, but that's stephanie seymour. its been awhile!) she had an awful experiences all through school. our senior year though she tried out for color guard and made it! they made her where pants though, but i was really proud of her. that took guts! this was in 1994 btw.
Aww, she should have come to my color guard (although this was later in years, I'm younger). We ALL wore a pant-style uniform! She'd have been perfectly fitted. :-p
That's funny (not as in 'lol' funny, but like a neat sort of coincidence) -- my great-aunt's husband started living as a woman, and her name when she was a man was Michael. But she changed it to Michelle.
