Raine and Ryan is horrible, IMO.

William James is perfect, with sibling names like Daniel and Michael. Big kudos to people who can give their kids NORMAL names!

Mary Elaine is a perfectly fine name. I hate the Myla at the beginning. Yuck.

Tyler John, Ryan Joseph, and Ryan Martin are all ok names. The rest I don't really like

William James makes me think of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_James , but I suppose tons of people must have that name.
