If Talib is stressed on the second syllable, then for flow, I like the combo with a two syllable middle stressed on the first syllable.

How do you pronounce Safiya?

I really don't know if you want to stick with the Arabic names or not, but personally I think that throwing a non-Arabic name in the middle could mess it up, unless it is a name with special meaning to you (like the name of a friend or family member/ancestor).

A name that I love is Maryam (or Mariam), which I think is a little too common as a first name in Middle Eastern countries, but would make a really pretty middle name. Also, if you are Christian, Muslim or Jewish it works for all of those religions.

Other nice (Arabic) middle names could be:
Iman - Faith, belief
Jihan - A river in Iran
Jinan - Gardens, Paradise
Nawal - Gift
Nawar - Flower or "one who dislikes bad deeds"
Sahar - Dawn
Yasmin - Jasmine
