What do you think of Kipling (Kip)? For a boy.

It makes me think of Rudyard Kipling. Idk though... don't really have any feelings about it either way. It's not awful, not great.

I don't like it; I really dislike the sound. It makes me think of Rudyard Kipling first, and then kippers.
[livejournal.com profile] a_tergo_lupi said it makes her think of the Futurama character Kif, which I can kind of see- Kip is only off by one letter. ^^

A few years ago I would have immediately though of Napoleon Dynamite. That connotation isn't really there anymore, but I don't like the name

I don't like the sound of it, and this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_White_Man's_Burden) is the first thing that came to mind.

Mte, nothing like good ol' Victorian racism.

OP: I do like Kim, though, on the topic of Rudyard Kipling.
