babynamesYesterday, I met a little girl named Lion, which I later found out was a nickname for Leona. I don't know that I'd use it personally, but i think it's kind of cute.

Date: 2010-07-10 05:14 pm (UTC)We named our oldest son "Todd", but his nickname has always been "Fox" since that's what his name means. Figure it's a nice compromise between a "normal" name and a slightly strange one. He gets the weird nickname and a simple name for when he grows up to go on his resume ;)
