Like Sebastian and Ariel but not so Disney.

My name-- Meredith! It's got "mer" right in the name and (Welsh) means protector from the sea or guardian of the sea.

Other than being in the Disney film The Little Mermaid, Sebastian and Ariel have nothing to do with the sea.
