I just found out I am having a baby girl. I want something you don't hear all the time, and nothing crazy!

Delilah Grace?

Sibling = Jayden Michael

Eh. I mean, it's not terrible, and I wouldn't shake my head at it, but it's not my style at all. Plus, Grace is a pretty generic middle name.

My husband loves the name Delilah and said if we ever used it he would like to use Nicole for a middle name. These are his top 3 for Delilah

Delilah Nicole
Delilah Rose
Delilah Renee

I think Delilah is pretty good. I'd lose Grace though. It's the new "Marie" or "Lynn."

I love Delilah Grace. Great name, and unique without being trendy or weird. I also think it might be hard to find a name that doesn't clash with Jayden. But I think Delilah works nicely. Plus, there are some great nickname possibilities -- Delia, Lilah, Lily, etc.

So... You want names that you don't hear all the time, but you named your first child Jayden? Does not compute.

Delilah is pretty, but it's also getting to be pretty common, and Grace is fast becoming a filler name.

Delilah and Grace (as a middle name) are both really trendy right now, so I would avoid them. However, (and I'm not being snarky, I promise) since you named your son Jayden, I'm guessing you don't mind if a name is popular, just if it's like... in the top five? If so, Delilah Grace would probably be fine.

Unless you named him like ten years ago, it definitely wasn't before the trend. :-\ But yeah, it's easy to use a name and not be aware of its insane popularity... I've heard so many stories like this, where someone named their daughter, say... Ava, and only a couple years later realized how popular it was. I've heard that a lot with Jennifer in the 80s, too. It's hard to tell unless you follow the popularity of names closely.

Yeah, my parents named me Ashley in 1987 because they had never heard it and wanted me to have a very unique name. Haha... I was one of six or seven Ashleys in my grade.

I was born in 89 and my parents swear they didn't know how popular it was. So I totally agree.

I love Delilah and wanted to use it on my second daughter but my bff has always loved the name and I wasn't sure if she'd ever have anymore kids.

I think Delilah is a beautiful name. Grace is nice, but it is becoming the "go to" middle name. I don't dislike the combo though.

Delilah is lovely, and although the Biblical association is a rather negative one, that doesn't seem to discourage people, on the whole. I'm okay with that, because the name is just so beautiful. Grace, you should know, is sort of the new Ann, everyone and her sister's middle name, so you might want to pick something else. (Btw, three cheers for your philosophy. Something uncommon, but not crazy = perfect).

Suggestions:
Delilah True
Delilah Rain
Delilah Joy
Delilah Rachel
Delilah Breanne
Delilah Catherine
Delilah Margot
Delilah Wren

I like Grace. It is my soon to be daughter's middle name. Though I like it as a name just in general.

And it is just a middle name, so most people won't even know it, so whether it is "overused" or not doesn't really matter, as long as you like it, and it flows nicely.

The biblical Delilah was not really a positive figure...
But, if that doesn't bother you, Delilah Grace has an ok flow. Grace is really really popular as a middle name, and Delilah is popular too, maybe just less popular than Isabella, Emma, Makayla and Mckenzie. It is at 191 on the SS list.
