Hello everyone...
I've had a passion for names since I was a child, and lately I'm especially obsessed since I finally know what the last name of my children will be since I'm engaged...
We're not going to have children for probably another 3 years or so but we've already extensively discussed.
First, here are my favorites(off the top of my head so I'm probably leaving some out)
Boy
Lysander
Thiery
Noam
Solomon
Gavin
Girl
Bronwen
Liesel
Penelope
Collette
Caroline
Margot/margaux
paisley
luella/lulu
greta
avigail
meredith
lucy
Yeah, the girl list is always longer isn't it.
And now, future childrens name combos that we both sort of agree on...we're planning for four kids, but we'll see what happens...last name is Sniman(sny-man) for all these, yeah I'm not into internet privacy ;)
Girls
Caroline(both of our favorites that we agree on)
-Caroline Margot
-Caroline Elizabeth
-Caroline Avigail
-Caroline Penelope
-Caroline Juliana
-Caroline Nicollete
Margot/margaux. I think I like Margot better than Margaux but I'm not sure. I like the idea of having an x in the name.
-Margot Penelope
-Margot Bronwen(everytime I bring up bronwen my dear fiance goes WHAAAAT NOOOO, I think its lovely)
Lucy(sweet and simple, since he nixed Luca for a boy)
-Lucy Juliana
?
Greta
-Greta Bronwen
-Greta Collette
-Greta Elise
Boy-actual name considerations
Noah...I love Noam he says no way, so Noah is an option even though I think its far less interesting even though its one letter off.
-Noah Salvatore
-Noah Liam
Theodore
Theodore Noam
Theodore Salvatore
Salvatore Lysander
Liam Salvatore
William Lysander
Solomon-We are definitely using this as a first name for our first born son. Its my fiances paternal grandfathers name, and we both love it.
Solomon Lysander
Solomon Salvatore Sniman, ok not really but that would certainly be SOMETHING wouldn't it.
So yeah. To explain Salvatore is a variation of my maiden name, and we'd love to include it somewhere. We joke about naming one son Solomon, and one Salvatore and calling them Sal and Sol, but that would be far too cruel(although part of me think it would also be flipping cool). So my last name will most likely end up being a middle name somewhere, or maybe not at all. Elisa/elise is also a family name we've been asked to use(both sides).
I'm always up for suggestions. My fiance likes traditional and "butch" names for boys. I think if it were up to him we'd name the boys chuck, Butch, Bruno etc I like traditional but interesting under used names.

Noah, Liam, and,
Bronwen
Liesel
Penelope
Collette
Margot
Paisley
Elise
Juliana
so, almost all of them seem really nice to me. I don't think i've ever heard of anyone named Paisley, but that's really cute, and Liesel is a nice underused name.
