i have three fictional characters who are currently discussing names for a child - the parents will be a m/m couple using a f (obviously) surrogate. ultimately they will have a girl, but both girl's and boy's names need to be discussed for the story. there is another person helping me with the story, so we're both collaborating on names but we need more suggestions!

kate (not short for katherine)

for middle names, the parents are throwing around the idea of using either anne or elizabeth to honor their surrogate. this isn't a definite, however.

so, basically, i'm asking for the following: middle name suggestions for any of the names mentioned, combinations of the names mentioned, any other names you think would suit the character's picks so far, and masculine alternatives to "elizabeth" and "anne" (eliot and ellis have been vetoed). thank you!

Masculine alternatives: Andrew is the only thing I can think of for Anne, and I don't think they're actually related names. I don't know of any masculine forms of Anne. Elian for Elizabeth.

Other names that would suit that style: Camilla, Amelia, Caroline, Benjamin, Ross, William.

Middle name suggestions: Dylan Alexander; Julian Forrest; Kate Cecilia

Combinations: Robin Kate; Dorian Jack; Andrew James

If you want combinations of the names you already had, I think Dorian James, James Andrew, James Dylan, Ruby Victoria, Lucy Victoria, Lucy Robin and Kate Robin sound really nice.
