I have a cousin named Talon, I think it's actually kind of cool. I don't mind Kale; I know a lot of people hate it because it's a plant, but I don't really see it being any different than a flower name or something. But I know a Kale (different spelling though) that I hate, so I wouldn't use it even if I did like it.
