my cousin had a baby, a little girl: Alina Nevaeh

i guess Alina means bright and beautiful in Polish and well, we all know Nevaeh these days..

i personally am in love with Alina and grateful they didn't pick Madison or Kaitlyn or something (no offense to anyone, i just know way too many of those!)

I love Alina, but I like to spell it 'Alyna' because it's the way my biological (long story) aunt spells it.

I say mns are a great place for the trendy name du jour. The parents still get the joy of using it and someday when it becomes tacky as heck (and it will) it can conveniently be tucked away as Alina N. Lastname.

My niece's name is Kalina...just thought it was interesting to share. Alina is pretty. My SIL got the name from a TV show where a girl was named Karina, and she just changed the R to an L. :)
