I have been on a kick lately about off beat names. Two that I thought of were Fiddle and West. Meh just two ideas I have had in my head. Does anyone else have a name that they love but would never give a person? Haha.

I like Boomer and Echo.

I would NEVER give a child those names but if somehow along the line there was a nickname...I'm fine with that.

hahaha, I had a friend who named her kids Boomer, Joshie, and Alleigh. I had never heard of anyone naming or thinking of naming their child Boomer before that or since then, until now....Do you know where the name Boomer comes from? She said it just came to her one day.

I have no idea where it originated...I just like it because it's an Oklahoma Sooner saying.."Boomer Sooner"...

I've known lots of dogs named Boomer, I just think it'd be a cute nickname for a kid.

I don't think a Boomer would get into law school very well...hypothetically speakng.

I actually know a girl named Echo. I'm not a fan of the name, but I think going to school with her starting in Kindergarten made me think of the name as a possibility for a kid.
