So, I discovered yesterday, that I love the idea of calling my future son "Moe". The more I think about it, the more I think that I'd prefer to use it as a nickname,...

Tell me names for boys that have the nickname, Moe. Right now, I'm pretty much drawing a blank...

I think you can get away with using any M name to be honest. It's a really simply nickname and it sounds like a cutesy name parents would use for their kids.

Nicknames can come from anywhere. I know a Kevin who's gone by Bud since he was a toddler b/c that's what his nanny called him and it caught on.

Anything starting or ending with the 'mo' sound...
Moses, Morrison or Montgomery would be appropriate I think.

Morgan. Moe is one of my daughter's nicknames and her name's Morgan, but the name's unisex, so... :)

Some are repeats, but my thoughts:

Mordecai
Morgan
Morris
Moses
Mohammed
Monroe
Montel
Monty

Though I think you could probably get away with the nickname 'Moe' for a lot of M names, not just those beginning with 'Mo.'

I know a guy named Moses, called Moe. It works for him.

Aside from the previous suggestions, any M first name/O middle name (or O last name!) would work.

I had a friend years ago whose name was Jeremy. Growing up they called him "Jereminimo" which meant his nickname was Mo.

You could name your kid with a first name starting with "M" and a middle name starting with "O"
