I don't really have "associations" with names (as in, specific one word associations- I do have "good" or "bad" associations as far as people I've known with the names).

That said, I like and have good associations with only Austin of this list. I don't like Brendan- have known far more girls named Brenna or Brenda than boys named Brendan so it doesn't seem a very masculine name to me (but, that's based only on my experience). Also ok with Zachary, like it as the full name but not a fan of "Zach". I love "Nate" as a nn but prefer Nathaniel as the full name rather than Nathan.

I think any of the names you listed fit into that sib set.

Brendan is a terrible name... I know too many bad ones.

I think Zac fits in best with these names. They're all names I would see on people my own age, and all have/are nicknameyish. Plus, I wouldn't double up first initials, so Jacob and Austin are out :)

Alex, Ryan, Josh, Katie & Zac gets my vote.

Austin: Texas. The one I knew was a freckle-faced kid that didn't know when to shut up- he talked smack a lot.
Blake: This name always makes me think of bleach-blond hair for some reason. Maybe a surfer.
Brendan: Dark hair. I don't really like this name.
Jacob: Not a name I heard often, before Twilight. Dark hair, slightly curly.
Nathan & Zachary: Blond hair. Zachary makes me think of the Saved by the Bell character.

With the already existing set... I think Zachary fits best. Then Nathan.

Austin: First I think of this little girl (!) I knew, then of Texas. I'm not really a fan of the name.
Blake: Popular jock-type guy.
Brendan: Nothing really comes to mind for this one, except a guy with dark hair
Jacob: Twilight. And I've never even read nor watched it! Not a fan of the name, either.
Nathan: Really nice name. I picture a dark-haired, thoughtful guy.
Zachary: Boy-next-door kinda name. It's ok.

I think Zachary or Brendan would fit best...even Nathan would work.

Austin - Somewhat redneck child. There may be a mullet involved.

The only one that doesn't totally go with the siblings is Blake, but it could work.
