SO HARD! I love Lucy more, more classic and wonderful. But Charlotte has more nicknames, and I love nicknames. Lucy just doesn't seem to have any that I love.

I always guessed it was partially due to the Sex and the City character. Even if people weren't fans of the show or watching it, I think it still threw the name out there and brought it into people minds, causing people to hear it more. Not the same for Miranda though...
