[identity profile] skittles22088.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames

My husband's best friend's sister just had a baby!

Timothy and Brittany welcome:

Peter Charles

It's not a name I would use, but it's not a horrible trendy name.  I know Charles is after Brittany's dad, but I'm not sure if Peter is after anyone.

WDYT?

its a very nice, normal, but too common name. A+

I definitely wouldn't use it, but I can't really fault it either. Boring and common, that's what I think.

Peter Charles is a nice enough name. Perhaps a tad plain, but it's classic and ages well. It won't be incredibly dated someday--unlike all the -ayden names!

I like Peter a lot. I like Charles/Charlie also. For some reason I am not a huge fan of the combination, though.

i love, love, love the name peter so much. i also don't hear it too often which makes me love it even more. it would totally be on my list if not for me really not liking someone with the same name

I like both Peter and Charles. They sound good together, too. Both are real names and neither one is horribly popular right now, so this is an almost perfect name choice.

I could tolerate Charles for a middle name, but definitely not Peter. It just sounds so plain to me.

Much better than all the trendy "unique" names.
