Our baby is due early November. Deciding on a name has been SO HARD!!!
We don't know if it's a boy or girl yet...

Girls names I like:
Arabella Jane
Chloe Jane
Bronwyn (he hates this)
Girls name we both like:
Scarlett
Willow
(we are pretty set on the middle name being Jane)

Boys name I like:
Oliver
Boys name he likes:
Waylon (I'm not very fond of this)
Boys names we both like:
Desmond
Jaxon
Jacob

Of your girls' names, I think I like Willow Jane the best. Arabella is a bit too fluffy for me, and I am not a fan of Chloe. I quite like Bronwyn, but if he hates it, then it's probably not the best option. Scarlett Jane sounds okay, but I think Willow Jane flows better.

Of the boys' names, the only one I really like is Jacob. What are you thinking of for a middle name? Jacob Waylon or Jacob Oliver could sound really good, if you guys were willing to compromise on the middle name.

I have a Scarlett June and loooove the name Jane (but have a crappy cousin named Jane so we never even thought of using it b/c we didn't want people to think we named her after Crabby-Ass cousin Jane).

Good Luck! We had a horrible time naming all our kids and only settled on this last one just an hour before we were released from the hospital. I always envy people who have their kid's names picked out well in advance.

I like Desmond a lot! I think Jaxon is a terrible spelling of Jackson. I don't mind the name, it's just really popular right now.

I'm not a fan of Waylon but when I think of it, I think of Wyatt. Have you thought of that name yet? I think it's sounds better than Waylon.

Not a fan of Jacob but it's not bad.

Please PLEASE don't inflict Jaxon upon an innocent child who has done nothing wrong. That's just mean. Jackson is okay, but Jaxon is just SILLY and omgtrendyhey.

Bronwyn is lovely, but I don't know if I like Bronwyn Jane. I think Arabella Jane sounds the nicest out of all your girl options, and it's such a forgotten name lately. But it's beautiful, and Scarlett Jane sounds wonderful too!

For boys, I think Oliver Jacob sounds absolutely lovely. Waylon is okay, but it sounds a teeeeeeny bit hick to me.

If I were choosing from these names, and wanted a name that you both liked, I would choose Willow and Jacob. Willow sounds better with Jane than Scarlett does. Jacob is the name I like the best of the three you listed. Desmond would be second and I would never use Jaxon.

Jaxon is just inexcusable. All the other boys' names are okay, although I personally would never use Waylon. I think Desmond is the best of the bunch.

For a girl, Willow Jane. It's beautiful, it sounds better than Scarlett Jane, and you both like it. My second choice is Chloe.

For a boy, I like Oliver best, but Jacob is also a fine name. I can't really go for any of your other boy choices.

I really feel that both parents should agree on the name-- it's both of y'all's baby, and no one should have to call their child by a name they hate-- so I feel that Willow (or Scarlett) and Jacob are the best choices.
