I like both names separately, and they do go together well...my only issue with it is that the flow isn't too great. There's some sort of pause between -a and i- that makes it weird to say.
I guess I'll be the first one to say that I think they actually sound really pretty together and flow quite nicely. I think it just rolls off the tongue and it's very sweet, though I don't care for either name.
At first, the flow didn't bother me, but after saying it aloud a few times... =/ I like Isabel (different spelling) well enough, though I wouldn't use it, and Anna is okay, but kind of boring.
