I work in a school, and we have a little girl named Lilyan (pronounced like Lily-Ann, not Lilian).
I LOVE the name (it helps that she's a really cute kid too), but the spelling isn't my favourite.
So, which one do you prefer:

Lilyan

Lilyann

Lilyanne

Lilianne

Lily-Ann. The other ways are awful, and no one will pronounce them correctly. They look like "creative" spellings of Lillian.

i would spell it lily anne if you want people to pronounce it correctly. all of those look like lillian to me except the last one, and i just don't like the way that looks.

I don't mind any of them except the first one, which doesn't look like it would be pronounced Lily Ann at all.

With that pronunciation, I'd say Lilianne or Lily-Anne.

I hate hyphens and I hate blended names so I would definitely just go with Lily Ann.

Lily Anne.
Lilianne is okay, but I'd probably always mistake it for Lilian at first glance.

Lily-Anne/Ann (or Lily Anne/Ann), if I read any of the others I would assume they were messed up spellings of Lillian.

Very pretty!

Lily Anne. When I saw "Lilyan" I was thought it was "Lil Yan."

Lilianne is kind of cool, and Lilyanne is... fairly acceptable. Why not just Lily Ann(e)/Lily-Ann(e)? Or LilyAnn. Spelling it Lilyan and Lilyann is setting the kid up for having to correct every single person she meets, a HUGE pet peeve of mine.

I like the name itself. I love Lily and Lily Ann is really cute.
