What are your thoughts on Neleh and Nevaeh? They're Helen and Heaven backwards.

I actually really like Nevaeh. I don't specifically like how it looks, but I like the way it rolls off my tongue, lol.
Nevaiuh is a really ugly spelling, and so are Nevayuh... does anyone know how it could be spelled so it looks prettier? LOL.

Nevaieh conveys it a little better, but I still think that's weird. I can't come up with anything that doesn't include the ugly -uh! Damn.
