I like Julian. I also like how the child's name sounds with the parents' names. I can imagine someone saying, "Robin and Paula are coming over with Julian for dinner," and they sound like a nice family. However Fuego is kinda silly. He's on FI-YAH! He's HOT STUFF! But maybe it's a family surname, I don't know. At least they put it in the middle.

I don't remember where I read it, but I heard that the couple are really into astronomy so they have Fuego for Paula's fire sign. If it was a girl they would've had a name for Robin's water sign. Pretty interesting, but not really my taste. I like Julian though.

I like-don't-love Julian... Here's my geekiness showing, but FUEGO is wizard Harry Dresden's throwing-fire-in-battle spell in the Dresden Files books, so it's REALLY hard for me to see it as a name.
