Just a random question .. what does everyone here think of the name Calandra? I've asked before, but that was at least a year ago, so I just thought I'd ask again :p

I first read it in a book where the character goes by Callie (which I also really like). I know that a lot of people were put off by it last time, but would you be appalled to hear it used?? I know people mentioned that it reminds them of calendar, too, which is definitely something to think about. I don't know, I just love it.

Any middle name suggestions??

I don't like the sound of it at all. Plus it makes me think of colander, rather than calender. I think Callie is cute, but I like it as a nn for Caroline.

I don't like it very much. Nothing inherently bad in the name, I just prefer other similar names more (Calliope, Caroline,etc).

It's too frilly for my personal taste, but I don't hate it. I'm really not a fan of Callie though.

No, no, you're right! It WAS Candy. I have no idea why I said Callie. :P Probably because I like Callie a lot more.
