I like it. I think it's interesting. Not really my style but I'd smile if I met a baby Therese. Would probably be mispronounced "ter-ees" in the US but people would catch on.

My friend Leah's mom is Anna Therese, but goes by Therese. I can't stand her to the point where it really detracts from the beauty of the name.
