i love Ezra (might be too many z's with Aziz as a middle name, though), Noah and Rainer. Zane has always rubbed me the wrong way.

I like all of them except Kiowa.
I'd use Zain over Zane.
I think Ezra Noah would be adorable too.

Ezra (w/ mn Ezra Aziz)-this sounds really great to me, it doesn't bother be that Ezra and Aziz both have Zeds in them at all. It just really flows
Noah-I love this name, it is my future nephew's (when I get married he'll be my nephew) name
Aziz (ah-ZEEZ)-cute, but I like it better as a middle name
Zane/Zain-I LOVE this name, I pitched it to my boyfriend in the past but he nixed it, apparantly it's another one of the one's he thinks is "too jewish" but I think don't think it sounds jewish, I think that's just what he says when he doesn't like a name
Kiowa (KYE-oh-wah)-I don't like this
Kenai (KEY-nye)-I don't like this either
Dorian-this is a cool name, like The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
Rainer-I don't like this, isn't it the name of the Prince of Monaco? At least that is what immediately comes to mind when I hear it

Ezra (w/ mn Ezra Aziz) - weird combo, but I LOVE Ezra. one of my favorite Bible characters.
Noah - Ditto. Noah Aziz is ok, but not the best
Aziz (ah-ZEEZ) - Not crazy about it.
Zane/Zain - Zane is better, it's ok.
Kiowa (KYE-oh-wah) - too weird)
Kenai (KEY-nye) - Too weird
Dorian - Like it
Rainer - I think of Mt. Raineir or Rainier beer. Too weird.

I like Ezra and Kenai the best. Kenai Aziz sounds nice!

I never used to like the name Noah, but now I have a six-year-old stepson named Noah and the name has definitely grown on me. It's one of those names you can say often and it always flows and is interesting to say, if that makes any sense.

I really like Ranier Aziz for a first and middle name. Dorian is a great name as well, but now it reminds me of the show Scrubs. (Dr. Dorian. Hee!)

Ezra (w/ mn Ezra Aziz)- i hate aziz, but ezra is kind of cute.
Noah- i adore noah. and he won't hate you at any point in his life!
Aziz (ah-ZEEZ)- no.
Zane/Zain- eh, it's kind of a last name. too blunt sounding, i think.
Kiowa (KYE-oh-wah)- interesting, but cute. it sounds african, or something.
Kenai (KEY-nye)- eh, not as cute a kiowa.
Dorian- solid, but a little out there. makes me think of dorian grey, or my old band teacher.
Rainer- awesome name.
