Meera - love Meera! I'd spell it Mira though. Well, on second thought then people might think its Myra, so I guess Meera is okay :)
Sahra - don't like, sounds very pretentious
Sfiyah/Safia - don't like
Catherine - love it
Neva - pretty but a bit too much like Neaveh :/
Lily - pretty, too common
Emma - ditto
Shamima - its okay
I like Yasmina Gayle or Meera Gayle.
