I actually love it.

I love Ethan Frome, but much preferred Mattie over Zenobia. :) It's a very lovely name, but I personally just can't imagine it anywhere *but* in Wharton's novel.

The first thing I thought of was the Princess Diaries- her country is Genovia.. Yeah, that's all I got! :) NMS, but definitely unique. :)

I also thought of Ethan Frome, which is what made me absolutely love that name, despite the wench who had it in the book. I've always thought it was cool.

My argentinian great-grandmother was named "Cenobia". I don't like the name, but I prefer to spell it that way

I had a tutor in undergrad called Zenobia Africa. Was a very bright girl.

It always reminds me of the word xenophobia for no good reason. If I can disassociate from that, I think it's not bad.

It's Tina Fey's daughter's middle name (Alice Zenobia), I think it's Greek. Anyway...I don't hate it at all, but I'm not really a fan either.

I quite like it. I've only known one, but it suited her.

It's not really my style, but there was a girl at my high school with a similar name: Zenobie. It suited her.
