yeah, that's where i'm at. thankfully i havent gotten a "HEY what do you think of the name we picked out?!" she's just posted it on facebook and keeps referring to the baby as Emeralynn and i just never say anything. ever. haha

i want to ask how she came up with it and if it has any significance (yeah right..) or meshing two names together. the only thing i can think of other than emerald is emery-lynn and instead of hyphenating a name she made it emeralynn.... either way it's like.. um? i cant bring myself to ask her yet though, because i'm afraid for a seriously ridiculous answer and i probably cant prevent my pregnant self from holding back a "ha" or two, or ten.

right?! i have NO idea why she's chosen this name, she never gave any explanation of "oh my grandmother was lynn and my husband's grandmother is emery" or something like that, she just said "this is her name" and now refers to the baby by that name in everything she finds. not gonna lie, she's a weird girl to begin with, but i thought she had a little more taste than that. her name is allison and her husbands name is nate/nathan. i mean really. really.
