On Feb 4th, 2005 we'll be having the ultrasound. We've both decided to know the sex of the baby, only if they can tell us. If they don't well then we've got two baby names picked out already.

If it's a girl, Madeline Dorothy.
If it's a boy, Gabriel Maximilian.

Well, that's all really. I need to sleep soon.

I bet you've been paying attention on baby_names! Those names seem to be liked by a lot of people. Or, you just have good taste. I'm thinking the latter ; )

Ummm, nope, actually, my mother's middle name is Madeline, and my husband's grandmother's name is Dorothy, we thought we'd honour both females as they were very lovely women.. as I do like Dorothy, I just didn't like it as a first name, and my husband thought Madeline, is a more common name than Dorothy.

I like them both! Can I ask where/why you got your middle names? They seem a bit different or older. Both are very nice though!

Well, my husband Ger is a 1/4 Jewish, and Gabriel is such a lovely name for a boy, and Maximilian was a good friend of his, we were going keep Maximilian as the boy's first name, however, his cousin has a son named Max now, so we decided to use it as a middle name.

I love both names. My son's name is Gabriel (his last name is Dorothy which sometimes confuses people.)

Dorothy is a very unusual last name. I like it though, I like the name Dorothy, for some odd reason I think it's a girl, but we'll see this friday. :-) I hope we know as I don't want to be in suspense this time around.
