Which do you like better-

Kristina Evelyn or
Christina Evelyn?

Now my name is Kristina so future baby would be named after Momma (boyfriend likes this idea a lot for some reason and its better then his love of middle name...) But which spelling looks better to you? :D
Edited: Cause I always spell Evelyn- EVELYNN. XD

I think since it's after you, you should spell it the same way. And I love Evelyn, with one n.

Christina Evelyn is the spelling that looks best.
I partially agree on the previous poster's reasoning on using Kristina, but I'm just confused as to what you're going to actually call her.

this.

I have a friend whose mom is Carolyn and she is Caroline and she says growing up it was really confusing (and they have different names)

I mean I guess boys get named Dad Jr. but I wouldn't do that either.

If you're going to name a child the same name then it should be spelled the same, but I would really think through having 2 people in the house with the same name.

I prefer Christina Evelyn.

I prefer Christina, although I'm probably biased because that's the way my sister spells her name. Either way is fine.

These are my exact thoughts, since I also have a sister named Christina :)

I like the way Christina looks much better, even though that's not the way you spell your name.

If it's after you, I'd use your spelling :) (I usually prefer Christina though)

I think it's a nice idea... if guys get to do it, why not girls? On Gilmore Girls, the daughter was named after the mother, Lorelai and went by Rory.

I like Christina Evelyn better but seeing as the baby is named after you I think it would be better as Kristina Evelyn.

What about Evelyn Kristina if you're going to call her Evelyn anyway? I think it flows better.

I so agree with this.

Honestly I think it's strange you're planning on naming your daughter after yourself but spelling it differently and then just calling her by her middle name anyway.

YES. As someone who goes by my middle name, DO NOT DO THIS to your child. I promise she will not thank you for it.

Since she's named after you, I would stick with Kristina Evelyn to match yours. I prefer the look of Christina Evelyn otherwise though.

Christina/Kristina is one of my favorite names- it's so pretty! For the longest time, I was way more into the Kristina spelling, but lately I've switched to liking Christina better.

I like Christina better but if it's after you, use Kristina. If you'd call her Evie anyway, why not Evelyn Kristina?

I like Christina much better. I think it has a softer, classier look to it, and the K really screams 80s to me. Plus, if she's going to have your name, a different spelling would help prevent confusion.

My name is Kristina, also, and I like it so much more than Christina. it makes me a little sad that no one likes it spelled this way:( ha. but yeah, if it's going to be after you then I'd say go with Kristina.

As an Evelyn for the Love of all that is good in the world don't add an extra n. My cousin did that with her daughter (yeah.. She didn't "realize" my name was Evelyn) and it just really bugs. Heh.
