What's the pronunciation difference between Zarean and Zarian? Those are so close!!

I pronounce them basically the same. I'm not sure how they are actually pronounced though.

Zar-ee-ann and Zar-ee-uhn? (ending syllable different)

What in the... ? How are Zarean and Zarian not the same name? And Zasmine, yikes, what a tongue-twister. I'm almost too distracted to notice how tacky the all-one-letter sibset is, especially with Z!
