oh and because my boy name is now ruined. what should i name the boy. nothing unique/trendy/too common/stupid spelling/too ethnic/etc
i like levi, gideon, jackson, jarom,...

and as a 'random' question. after a divorce(during pregnancy) should my babies last name be my last name, or the fathers?( i know its mostly personal choice, but i want to get opinions.

My boyfriend, Steven, got his dad's last name, even after his dad divorced his mom during her pregnancy BECAUSE she was pregnant. The guy left my b/f and his mom for years before coming back around to take care of him, and by then his health probs and everything had gone away and he was healthy (he was about 4 when his dad took him in).

I personally think that if Steven left me because I got pregnant, my baby would get my last name, not his.

But it is personal choice. If the father is around, financially and whatnot, and doesn't totally dip out of the babe's life, I'd lean more towards giving the babe his last name. If he's a total prick, OR just leaves the babe and mum entirely, fuck his last name.
