Date: 2010-01-20 03:31 pm (UTC)I don't really like any of them together... but Ryan and Demi is much better than Nyilah.
I don't like Renee and Rae either.

Date: 2010-01-20 04:02 pm (UTC)Ryan Monet would have been too feminine for a boy, but Ryan is a strictly boy's name to me! (the fact that it means "little king" should be enough of a deterrent for use on girls!)
Nyilah is a punch in the eye.

Date: 2010-01-20 04:12 pm (UTC)Demi just doesn't seem to be a full and complete name and just makes me think of a demi-god.
Renee is nms. Nyilah....ugh...are the I and the Y needed?
Rae is fine as a mn.
The only name I like is Monet and only because I've thought of using it as a mn myself but the husband said no.

Date: 2010-01-20 08:42 pm (UTC)LOL this... I speak French too and that was my first thought. How unfortunate! If you're going to use names from another language, it's probably a good idea to find out what they actually mean.

Date: 2010-01-20 09:57 pm (UTC)As for Nyilah, the spelling makes me want to pronounce it Nye-ee-luh (I knew a Nailah who pronounced it like that). They should have just spelled it Nyla or Nylah. Both are just the same made kree8tv name anyway, so why does it matter?
At least it's just the middle names that are rhyme-y and not the first names.
