The only one I don't like are Isabella -- it's too flowery for me, and will now always make me think of Twilight. Avery, Emma, Isabelle, and Ava aren't really my style but are decent enough names.

Elizabeth Anne is nice, too. Classic- can't go wrong.

Elizabeth Anne - these are too very used names which I think is a bit much for a combo. I think Anne works better paired with smoething a little more unusual like Norah.
Isabella Catherine - I like
Olivia Catherine - I like
Norah Anne - I like
Erin Catherine - a bit repetative as they both end with an "in" sound.
Erin Patricia - I think this is the only middle name that works with Erin, but I really don't like Patricia.
Emily Catherine - I think this is the only middle name that works with Emily.
Emily Anne - this sounds a bit too short and sharp.
