Big LOL at Jennavecia, as "vecia" in venetian dialect means "old", so they basically named her Old Jenna. Of course I don't expect people from outside Italy to take into account regional dialects, but while you're at it, making up a silly name...

Ayla is pronounced like Isla. The preferred the more unusual? spelling.

Whoa. I was going to comment that it's pronounced just like it's spelled and it's from the Earth's Children books. Pronouncing it like "Isla" is pretty weird and unusual.

I was going to say I love the name Ayla but "Ayla Eileen" doesn't sound right. "Isla Eileen" is also not a good combination...

i've actually never seen ayla pronounced like isla. i've only seen it pronounced exactly how it's spelled. i've always thought of them as two separate names.

LOL Jennavecia was on Bad Girls Club season 2 I believe and she was wretched and insane. So instantly I think of a seriously ugly person, inside and out.

Jennifer and Jessica surprised me. Screams 80s to me, but I know elderly women with the names so I can't hate lol. Strangely, even though every other person in my class had one of the names, these will probably be the only ones in their classes with the names lol.
