Milo is really cute, but I can't really see it on an adult.
I knew a Miles. To me it seems like an odd name and I kind of think of the Sonic video games, but it really fit him and we were pretty good friends for awhile in HS so I guess I like it more than Milo.
I knew a Milo, although here in Italy it was pronounced Mee-lo, and he was most obnoxious so it makes it out for me haha I also associate it with the Venus of Milo, so it's a feminine name to me.
Miles, I like how it sounds. But the fact that it's the plural of "mile" is a big deterrent. It would work nice as a nickname, though, but I can't think of a name to use it for
I say Miles with Milo as a nickname. That way you can call him Milo (which I like, but it has a cutesy young feel to me) but he'd have a classy name for more official matters.
my vote goes for milo. i think that the name might get awkward in the early teen years, but i really like it. miles is nice too, especially because i connect it with miles davis, but i definitely appreciate the sound of milo more :]
I like Miles better, just because I will always think of the movie 'Milo and Otis' when I hear Milo, and I like the sound of Miles way more. But I definitely think that Miles, with the nickname of Milo, would be great! :)
I considered Milo (pronounced My-lo)when naming my son but I decided it was too cutesy and Hollywood baby and went with Miles instead. I'm so glad I did because Milo just wouldn't fit him.
