winter and amethyst are intriguing but nothing that i would use.

absolutely loathe mikaela. that's the name of the girl my boyfriend lost his virginity to and she treated him like crap for a long time after that. so i kind of hate her. it's silly how something as simple as a name can upset me so much, but each time i hear or see that name, i cringe a little bit.

i'm the same way with the names Nicole/Nicki. Nicki is Phillip's ex that cheated on him multiple times and lied about being pregnant and having a miscarriage :(.

agreed, and it tore Phillip up so much the way he found out. she came to him one week and said she was pregnant, and then the next week said she had a misscarriage and then a month or so later, said she was never pregnant and just wanted to see if he would stay with her no matter what.

I love Hunter. I like Winter and Leon.

i like winter. i would use it as a middle name, as it has a lot of meaning for me. i would never use it as a first name, i dont think.

i really dislike hunter in general, but i especially hate it on girls. sorry, no offense.

i don't see it as being a jerk if you don't like someone's name. as long as you don't refuse to associate with people because of their names, i see nothing wrong with disliking a name. personally, i hate a lot of my closest friends' names ans they actually know it.

I love the name Curtis. It's my Grandma's maiden name, though it's spelled Curtiss. I already have a cousin named that though, so I wouldn't want to use it myself.
