Sheppie really gets to me. I don't know why, but I just can't imagine calling my child that lol. Maybe Shep, but Sheppie? No.

I find it very weird (and humorous) that the dad has a feminine name, while the mom has a masculine one. I bet they get a LOT of confused calls and mail. Ryan is ONLY a boys name to me, maybe because my SO is Ryan. Shannon I can see a little more unisex, but still 98% female to me.

Avalon Rose is really pretty. Sheppard is too much of a dogs name for my tastes.

I think Avalon is very pretty. I knew an Avalon and she was a horrific bitch, so I have bad associations with it though.

I kind of like Shannon on boys, hate it on girls (maybe because it's common?). Ryan is a boys name. I'm indifferent to Avalon, dislike Rose, and Sheppard is a dog.

this is a funny family, name wise.

i know a couple who are sam and tracy. sam is the wife, tracy is the husband. those are a little more common though, at least i think sam/samantha is, than ryan.

um, i like rose. i do like shepard/shepherd but its a family name for me. but sheppie is yea, ridiculous.
