I still go by LaHeather because it's really grown on me. I can't imagine having a typical name now. I detest it when people call me Heather.
My name definitly made me more interested in names. I didn't want my kids to have off the wall names that were going to be a PITA the rest of there lives (like mine) but I didn't want them to be Stephanies and Ashleys (I had 5 of each in my 5th grade class)
My son is Corbin and my daughter is Cosette. Not typical but totally classic.
