How is Eilidh pronounced? I think I know, but I'm curious. It's like the "ayley" in Kayley, yes?

I've wondered the same thing, since Eilidh has come up often lately.

Baby daddy had been insistent on naming our daughter Ceilidh, pronounced like Kayley. He's Scottish, and a ceilidh is a Scottish festival, apparently. He thought naming her "party" would be a good idea... *shakes head*

Not sure if pronunciation follows if you drop the C, though.
