I know a Katlyn, and I still find it a bit awkward.

I feel like I'm seeing a pattern of how all names have been used, therefore we need to come up with very literal spellings.

Ethan Alexandru is interesting--Gaelic name + Romanian name. I'm guessing it's a tribute to the respective heritage of the parents. It actually flows rather well. I kind of like it.
