I met a man named Vivian and he was originally from Wales. I work in a nursing home (in the USA) so when his hospital record came over I was so confused. I thought they made a mistake and checked the wrong gender column. When they showed up with a man I was like...huh???
so it must be extra hard to have a name like that in the USA where it's almost ALWAYS a female name. He said he has a lot of trouble here because of it.
