Most of these are not gender neutral names.

Taylor, Riley, and the like- they're only gender neutral because they're surnames taking them out of the legitimate name park anyway.

Do exist, like it or not. Despite what some people may choose to believe, there are some names out there that shouldn't, for some reason or another, be given to children and written down on their birth certificates.
