Depends. There's a lot of "gender neutral" names I only like on boys and a lot I only like on girls, so they don't really feel gender neutral to me. I think the only ones I really like on both equally are Carol and Shannon.

I sort of agree with with - there are a lot of gender neutral names that I dont feel are too neutral, I like Claire (as opposed to Clair) Morgan, Kelly, Kerry and Terry all for girls (I hate them on boys) and I like Taylor, Jordan, Evan and Cameron but only for boys, I hate them on girls. I don't think there is any one name that I like equally for both.
