It's about time?
Jun. 28th, 2006 02:09 pmAlright, so I've been commenting like crazy for a bit & in the meantime, I've narrowed all my random, obssessive name collecting into 2 short lists. I have a stepson (who lives w/us) named Logan Allen & my daughter is Amelia Drew. In an ideal world, I'd like to have one more boy & one more girl. so with that in mind, which (if any) of these names do you like & which ones would make a good sibset w/Amelia & Logan? (& each other...) Also, any mn suggestions would be welcomed. :)
Girls:
Aeris Brynn, Aeirs Nicole, Aeris Margaret, Aeris Matilda, Aeris Paige
Eleanor Margaret (nn Ellie)
Tessa Louise, Tessa Lianne, Tessa Margaret (nn or possibly fn Tess)
Matilda Elise (nn Mattie?)
Thea ( Ok, so I really like this but feel it's 'unfinished. could I possibly use it as a nn for Cynthia? if I could should I spell it 'Cynthea' or is that just a gross bastardization of a name for the sake of forcing a nn?)
Thora (nn Tori)
Anastasia (nn Tasha)
Brenna Aeris
Moira
Athena Lucy, Athena Joy
Mary-Claire
Anneliese
Annabelle Leigh, Annabelle Iris
Arielle
Josephine
Lillith Paige (nn Lilly)

Myra (or Mayra) Nicole

Bronwen Olivia

these are the only boys names I've picked that my hubby will consider (and the last 3 I'm not even sure of...). I refuse to show him the girls names as I change them a little more frequently (I have a terrible time with boys names.) Let me not even tell you what I had to do to get my husband to agree to the name Amelia... anyway.
Boys:
Declan Brady, Declan Kyle, Declan Vincent

Date: 2006-06-29 07:48 pm (UTC)How is Aeris pronounced? Like air-is?? I think beautiful classic names would go really nicely with Amelia and Logan. I like Elenor, Tessa, and Thea (which, to me, doesn't seem incomplete. but you could always have it short for Theadora). What about Thea Elise or Thea Nicole? I also like Annabelle, which is especially lovely with Iris. My cousin is Annabel Zoe (and I am Lauren Annabel). Iris seems to go with a lot of middle names:
Iris Nicole
Iris Brynn
Iris Margaret
Iris Matilda
Iris Annabel
Iris Olivia
I also like Mtra Nicole, and Bronwen Olivia is a really nice combo.
Sorry this is such a long comment, good luck!
